首先,我们不会说客户是“上帝”

 

因为我们把客户作为一起发展事业的伙伴。客户需要的是专业顾问与协作团队,伙伴需要的是良药苦口的诤言益友。如果需要的仅仅是草草应付的“随声附和者”,那么…您来大费周折找我们就会失落。我们有明确的工作原则和严谨有效的工作流程。甚至有时候也许您会觉得我们有些许主观,可是谁又会希望自己的合作者是没有自己见解而只看别人脸色行事的人呢?

First of all, we won't say clients are our "God".
That is because we consider clients as our partners fighting together for the future. What clients really need is professional consulting and a cooperative team, as same as what a mate needs is truth-speaker friends. If a yes man is just good enough, then…you would not be totally satisfied with us. We have clear work ethics and accurate and effective work flow. Though sometimes you might think we are to some extent subjective, however, who would expect his partner to be someone without his own oppions but fawning on others?

设计不是挥泪大甩卖

 

与奇文云海合作的过程是齐力合作并解决产品设计、品牌问题的过程;而不是在逛折扣店拣打折品。设计是客户对品牌市场的 “投资”而不是额外的“开支”。多年来,我们坚持致力于为客户营造最具竞争力和最大增值的设计;这是我们的努力方向,亦是我们的专长所在。至于谁家的设计做得最廉价、最便宜、俯首贴耳?相信不是我们。



Design is not Blow-out Sales

Cooperating with QWYH is a process of working together and solving the problem of branding and product design; it is not shopping in a discount store for bargains. Design is an “investment” for marketing of the brand, instead of an extra “expense”. For years, we strive to provide designs that makes the most profits and value for our clients, which is the destination we are heading to, and it is also our expertise. Ask who does design the cheapest and dance to anyone’s tune? Believe it or not, it is surely not us.

Necessity of Communicating with the Project Decision Maker

Communicating with the project decision maker can maximally ensure the client’s strategic intention and vision is clearly conveyed and understood. By this, unnecessery changes in message delievering can be cut down to the minimum amount, making us investigate and solve the problem effectively, in order to achieve a win-win approach.

足够的沟通、了解、互信、投入才能产生有价值的品牌建设方案。这意味着我们是彼此信赖与尊重的合作伙伴。时间、精力对任何人任何团队来说都是有限的,将有限的心思集中在已确定合作的客户与项目上,提供更好的服务,这是我们的义务与责任。


Work after Contract Signing and Advance Payment​
It takes enough communication, understanding, trust and input to work out a valuable and constructive solution for a brand. This requires both parties to be partners that show equal respect and reliability. Time and engergy is limited for anyone and any team, thus, concentrating on clients and projects that are confirmed and providing the most better service is our obligation and responsibility.
